The advancement of human resource development is a key foundation for sustainable development in the globalized world. This class examines the advanced human resource development (AHRD) at three different dimensions such as level of competencies (advancement of competencies), level of management (middle and top managers), and level of HRD system (advancement of competencies). The first dimension refers to promotion of various competencies which enable human resources of government, public corporation, and R&D sectors. Students will identify and assess different competencies which are in need in government officials, public corporation employees, and R&D personnel and then develop a roadmap for promoting and developing competencies which contribute to realize organizational and national goals and visions. The second dimension refers to target of AHRD. This class will particularly focus on middle and top managers as advanced-level target level of management. The third dimension refers to the advancement of HRD system in the government, public corporation, and R&D sector.
