To achieve this purpose, this lecture deals with three main subjects. First, in relation to local autonomy, the theories of local autonomy, the internal organizations of local government(local councils and local government chiefs, educational autonomy organizations, etc.), the relationship between local governments and central government, the relationship between local governments and residents will be covered. | Social service marketing is the systematic application of markerting along with other concepts and techniques to achieve specific behavioral goals for a social service. Social service marketing can be applied to promote, for example, merit goods, make the society avoid demerit goods and thus to promote that considers society's well being as whole. The primary aim of social service marketing is social good, while in commercial marketing the aim is primarily financial. This does not mean that commercial marketers can not contribute to achievement of social good. Social service marketing is being described as having two parents a social parent social policy, and a marketing parent commercial marketing approaches.
