[2020-1 Credits Withdrawal Request for Undergraduate Students Guideline]
Here's how you can apply for the first semester of 2020.
1. Application period: 2020. 3. 31 (Tue) from 10:00 to 4. 2 (Thu) 23:00.
2. Applicability to apply: Only those who are enrolled in this semester (not allowed to apply for a leave of absence or completion) prior to their undergraduate degree in 2018.
※ You cannot give up your grades after the 2019 school year.
※ If you take a mid-term leave of school during the semester you applied to give up, the details of giving up will be invalidated.
3. Grades/Schools Applying to Abandonment
A. Subjects acquired after 2005: Applicable after 7th semester (4th grade)
B. Subjects acquired before 2004: No application/ term limits
4. Number of dropped credits
A. Subjects acquired after 2005: Can only be given up to 2 subjects in total
B. Subjects acquired prior to 2004: total number of subjects is unlimited and can be given up to 2 courses each semester.
5. Returning grades: 2020. 4. 7. (Tue)
6. Reminders
A. 'Cancellation of giving up' on subject approved is not possible, so please check the status of meeting your graduation requirements before applying carefully.
B. Make sure to check your application details and normal application status after applying for a waiver (the application details cannot be modified after the end of the period).
C. We will not return part of the tuition fee for giving up credit.
D. The subject of giving up grades is excluded from the calculation of the average of grades and grades in the report certificate from the date of the above.
E. It is not possible to apply for a new course or a new course for a new course in the same semester (you can apply for a new course after the date of the class's performance review).
F. F (less than) credits are not subject to giving up, so you cannot apply for giving up.
