This course deals with the complex development consisting of a mixture of various applications in terms of town branding. A comprehensive study of the town branding creation by examining the overall strategies by analyzing the latest evolvements and characteristics of the domestic and foreign multi-purpose development and features of development aid, subject (general, residential, retail developer), processes (Planning, Leasing, Operations), and sector (Hard, Soft, Town Management). In addition, students will study the recent trends and features of the city residential/ commercial/office/hotel/etc, for the main facilities of the complex development trends and examine the characteristics of the latest space/facilities. The course consists of lectures, student presentations, discussions, lectures and discussions with professionals in the related field, on-site job experience to promote solid understanding.
